Two projects in northern Italy demonstrate how ISOLPAK® ALU provides
durable and visually clean protection for technical pipe insulation
in both indoor and highly exposed outdoor environments.
Reliable protection in demanding environments
Outdoor insulation systems require dependable protection against UV
radiation, precipitation, temperature fluctuations and mechanical stress.
ISOLPAK® ALU is TTM’s lightweight and durable cladding solution for
insulated pipework and technical installations.
The material combines a pure aluminium core with a highly resistant
UV-protective film. This multilayer construction provides a clean metallic
finish while remaining lightweight and easy to process.
ISOLPAK® ALU can be cut, formed and installed manually on site without
specialised sheet-metal machinery. Its memory effect also allows minor
dents and deformations to return towards their original shape.

Technical plant room at Kellerei St. Pauls
At the Kellerei St. Pauls winery in Appiano, South Tyrol, ISOLPAK® ALU
protects insulated cooling and process pipes in the technical plant room.
The cladding is regularly exposed to moisture and condensation while
maintaining a clean, durable and visually inspectable surface.


Rooftop solar installation at Terme di Comano
At Terme di Comano in Trentino, ISOLPAK® ALU is installed on the
pipework of a rooftop solar system.
In this application, the pipes are fully exposed to direct sunlight,
precipitation and seasonal temperature changes. The installation
therefore demonstrates the material’s suitability for demanding
outdoor conditions.
